Partner FAQ
Does my ER have to pay anything to be listed?
No. ER partner listing is completely free. GP clinics configure their preferred ER partners during setup — you simply need to agree to being listed and confirm your contact details.
What information does AfterHours Ally send with each referral?
When a case is classified as emergency-level and the owner is routed to your ER, they see your name, address, phone, and a map link. They also see the triage summary (species, age, symptoms, classification) which they can show your intake staff on arrival.
Can we be listed in multiple GP clinics' consoles?
Yes. Any GP clinic within reasonable driving distance can configure your ER as a preferred partner. There's no exclusivity — most ER partners appear in dozens of clinic configurations.
How do we update our details (hours, phone, capacity alerts)?
