1. Who We Are
AfterHours Ally (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) is a veterinary triage guidance platform operated by Lima Labs. Our platform is accessible at citebundle.com. Contact: hello@citebundle.com.
2. Information We Collect
When you use our after-hours triage service, we collect:
- Interaction data: Species, age group, reported symptoms, and triage outcome — to generate guidance and maintain audit logs.
- Contact information (optional): Name and phone number if you choose to provide them for callback or booking.
- Consent metadata: Timestamp, hashed IP address, user agent string, and the version of consent language you agreed to — for A2P/TCPA compliance and legal defensibility.
- Usage analytics: Anonymized events (page views, triage starts/completions) — hashed and never linked to individuals.
We do not collect full IP addresses. All IPs are hashed on receipt and the original is never stored.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate triage guidance appropriate to the reported symptoms.
- To alert the on-call veterinarian when escalation criteria are met.
- To maintain a time-stamped audit trail for legal and quality purposes.
- To fulfill booking requests if you opt in.
- To send SMS or email follow-ups only if you explicitly consented to those communication channels.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
4. A2P / TCPA Compliance
If you provide a phone number and consent to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated text messages (A2P SMS) from the veterinary clinic using this platform. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You may also email hello@citebundle.com to revoke SMS consent. Revoking SMS consent does not affect your access to triage guidance.
SMS consent is never a condition of receiving veterinary triage guidance or care. You can complete a full triage session without providing contact information.
5. Data Retention
Triage interaction records are retained for 90 days by default, then deleted in scheduled purge jobs. Consent records are retained for legal compliance purposes for a minimum of 3 years from the date of consent or last interaction, whichever is later.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about a triage interaction.
- Request deletion of your interaction data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Revoke communication consents (SMS, email) at any time.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.

7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Our platform enforces HSTS, Content Security Policy, and other security headers. Database access is restricted by Row Level Security (RLS). IP addresses are hashed on receipt using SHA-256; the original IP is never stored.
8. AI-Assisted Guidance
Some triage classifications may be assisted by AI. All AI output is advisory only and does not constitute veterinary medical advice. The final urgency classification is determined by a deterministic rule engine, not the AI model. AI suggestions are clearly labeled in all outputs.
