Common Questions
What counts as a triage interaction?
One interaction = one complete session: from the owner entering symptoms through to a triage result (urgency + guidance). Incomplete sessions don't count.
Can I add more DVMs than my plan allows?
You'll be prompted to upgrade when you hit your DVM limit. On-call slots beyond the limit are blocked, not silently dropped.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. Starter and Standard are fully self-serve. Plus includes an onboarding call at no extra charge.
What happens when I hit my interaction limit?
Triage is blocked for new sessions until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. Existing sessions already in progress complete normally.
Do you integrate with our PMS?
No PMS integration is required or assumed. AfterHours Ally stands alone — that's by design so you can go live in under a week.
