What counts as "measurable page reduction"?

Any statistically meaningful decrease in your DVM page rate per 100 after-hours contacts. If your baseline was 40 pages per 100 contacts and you're at 38, that is marginal and we would not hold you to it. We expect 30–70% reduction for practices with a typical case mix. If you see less than 10% after a full 30-day run with correct configuration, the guarantee applies.

Does the guarantee apply if I didn't configure it correctly?

We will work with you to configure the system correctly first. If setup was genuinely incomplete, we'll extend the trial rather than trigger the refund. The guarantee is for a properly-configured system that doesn't perform.

What if my practice has unusual case mix or very low call volume?

Very low volume (< 20 after-hours contacts in 30 days) makes statistical comparison difficult. In that case, we'll evaluate qualitatively — if you're not seeing value, we don't want your money. Email us and we'll make it right.

Is the guarantee available on all plans?

Yes — Starter, Standard, and Plus plans all carry the 30-day money-back guarantee. The refund covers your first paid month only. Free trial periods are not charged, so there is nothing to refund during the trial.

Can I keep using the system while I evaluate the guarantee?
